The purpose of ASTM E2018-08 is to define a good commercial baseline practice for conducting a (PCA) or property condition assessment.
This is done by performing a walk-through survey and conducting appropriate due diligence research. This research includes interviews and reviews of building/fire department records.
Although a PCA is not technically exhaustive we can provide almost any additional inspection need through our partners network. The baseline walk through provides you with site specific physical conditions of the commercial property.
